Terms and conditions of your booking
Our detailed terms and conditions are outlined below. Should you have any further queries or requests ahead of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us.
An e-mail address must be provided upon making a booking, as this link will be provided on booking confirmation e-mails.
Urban District & Pod Bookings are available for two hours, after which they will be re-booked.
UD tables are bookable for up to four people and includes 4 drinks on arrival.
PODS are bookable for up to six people and includes 6 drinks on arrival.
Fire Pit bookings are available in 1 hours slots, after which they will be re-booked. A fire pit booking only covers the cost of the gas for the hour and does not include any beverages on arrival.
We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our guests. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience.
You agree to leave the premies at the end of your booking when asked by a member of staff.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate refunds for cancellations. If the Government closes our business for any reason - we will endeavour re-allocate bookings at a later date or issue a refund.
If our business is open and operating, you are welcome to not attend by your own admission, but we will not issue a refund due to a situation which is not a direct result of a change in our business operation.
When you book online, you select the table that you are booking. We have a high number of bookings at peak times so will not be able to move people to different tables. You pick your table/pod/pit and that's where you'll be seated.
During the booking all members of your party are expected to stay seated at the table and not interfere with any other customers.
Food Safety and Allergens
We respectfully ask that food that has not been prepared in our kitchens is not consumed on our premises.
We cater for most dietary requirements and have strict policies in place for customers with food allergies. These policies and our allergen menus are available on request from Bella Mia Pizza - our partnership caterers. We are happy to respond to any specific requests for further information regarding allergens in our kitchens prior to your visit.
We have comprehensive customer and staff policies and procedures in place to protect everyone during the Covid-19 pandemic. These include increased hygiene and social distancing measures which must be followed by all customers in accordance with Government guidelines.
Customers confirm that they, and others included in the booking, are (i) free from symptoms of Covid-19 when making a booking and/or visiting OI premises and that, (ii) when visiting a OI (b) they are not required to isolate due to recent travel history before arrival in UK.
Customers also acknowledge that, in line with Government guidelines, we are unable to accept bookings for parties of more than 6. The guidelines prevent us from splitting parties of more than 6 over several smaller tables, so guests agree not to attempt to bypass the restrictions by booking a large party across several smaller tables. Should this happen, we will be unable to honour the booking.
By making a booking, guests also agree to respect any closing times imposed under Government restrictions.
All COVID-19 rules are situated on our website and you agree to read these and comply with them.
Order at Table
Order at Table orders for dining in may only be made during our opening hours.
Any orders outside these times will not be actioned and no refund can be given.
All customers agree to use the QR code ordering system on their phone. Anyone who doesn't have a phone will be expected to use another member of the party's phone to order. Failure to comply and the party will be asked to leave.
Our staff cannot take orders successfully during busy periods so the QR system is the only system in use.
